We produce software that automates the process of entering data and scheduling solo and ensemble events. The software helps to make a nearly impossible task much easier to accomplish.
The process is a fairly simple one. Directors use software (Data Entry Program) to enter performer information and create a “checkout file” that is then sent to the host of the event. The chair of the event uses a different program (SE Management Program) to import the checkout file data and create a schedule.
The software runs on both Macintosh OS X and Windows XP, XP Pro, Windows 2000 and Windows Vista. The software is now being used in three states and can be modified to meet the needs of other states.
