This program is designed to assist the Event chair in all aspects of running a Solo and Ensemble Event. Tightly integrated with the Data Entry Program, this program makes the importing and scheduling of performers extremely fast and simple!

- Allows tracking and reporting of Event Income and Expenses
- Automates placement of performers into rooms based upon judge certification areas
- Assists in matching performers to judges based upon judge specialty
- Flexible scheduling routine that assigns performance times to events (including lunch breaks and optional judge breaks per hour)
- Assigns performance time while addressing time requests and director/accompanist conflicts
- Prints a Schedule for each room
- Prints a Schedule for each school grouped by entering director and performance time
- Prints Accompanist schedules for each school
- Prints Labels for judge comment forms
- Print Large Font Rating Charts for each room so that ratings may be “posted”
- Prints Room Setup Charts (showing largest group in each room)
