Data Entry Program Version 2010
This update is REQUIRED for the 2010 Solo and Ensemble Season. The Solo and Ensemble Event Chair will be using a new scheduling program this year. This new program will ONLY import data created by Version 2010 of the Data Entry Program. If you are going to be using a school owned computer, it is VITAL that you allow at LEAST 2 weeks for the installation process.
Macintosh OS X (Compatible with Snow Leopard)
This will download a disc image to the location you select. Once downloaded, drag the folder “Data Entry Program 2010” to your applications folder. If you are using a school owned computer, your school IT department may have to install the software for you.

Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
This will give you the option to either Run or Save the file. Choose to SAVE the file. If a security warning about an downloading the file appears, choose to “accept” the download. Once downloaded, you will find a file called “Data Entry Program 2010” Double click that file to launch the installer. It is essential to install the program to either the Documents Folder or the Desktop. Do NOT install it to the Programs Folder. This is especially critical due to the UAC feature on Vista. If you are using a school owned computer, your school IT department may have to install the software for you.
