The Data Entry Program is an easy to use program that allows Directors to quickly enter all required information about performers. The program works for both High School and Middle School Level events and is re-usable from year to year.
Once your performer data has been entered, the program creates your "Checkout File" (your performer data) that can then be emailed to your event chair.
The program includes an integrated update checker that allows you fast access to free updates as they become available!

- Performs financial calculations for you and allows you to print lists of fees owed by students
- Allows customized tool tips for quickly browsing your library for appropriate choices for students

- Automates entry of director and accompanist names while insuring consistency in spelling (important for scheduling)
- Prints a hard copy of all entries, along with director contact information and a summary of fees owed
